INTRODUCTION
Talent management refers to continuous process which is concerned with attracting along
with retaining high quality employee, working for their skill development. So that, employee get
motivated and improve their performance. There are many key aspect for managing talents
which includes development strategies structure and needs of the business. This report is about
Sainsbury’s one of the second largest chain of supermarket in all over UK and founded in year
1869. Sainsbury’s became the largest brand in grocery in year 1922. There is an analysis for
different strategies of talent management which can used to find out the challenges and different
obstacle which are creating difficulties in smooth running of business sectors (Fahmi, 2020).

Talent management refers to a formulation he is in use by an organisation for the
development of different strategies. This gives the positive consequence on the productivity of an
organisation. Strategies of Talent management needs to develop along with some identification
which is a specific structure and need for business or company. This research is based upon
creating a evaluation on talent management and its challenges which is associated with the
concept. So, there can be formulation for search plan of action which can help in getting high
cost effectiveness as a purpose for managing the workforce.
Research Aim: to develop and overview in various talent management strategies to find out the
key challenges find a different obstacles facing by business sector
Objectives: for present research there are some of the objectives-

According to Montazian (2020), talent management refers to an feature which able to addressing
business need along with goal to achieve better performance of business in long term. Talent
management process which is for analysing contribution of employee along with the way which
can used to improve in present time. Talent management is able to plan which can help in get the
achievement as a business strategy used by workforce in an organisation. This is related to hire
the top talent who are able to cover the critical role. So, there could not be any gap during
addressing for development along with specialised role in organisation. This also helps in
running the business in smooth manner and stakeholders and their client get satisfied (Ismail,
2021).
This also helps in enhancing the employee performance to identify good fit employees
rather than hiring more people through recruitment. This helps in improving the business
performance for satisfying the customers along with improving the performance of business. In
context to Sainsburys, talent management focusing on systematic way which can help to word
developing integrated and consistent approach to manage the workforce.

attract the employees like lower engagement of employees. This is related with an issue which
develop when worker of the organization are not capable to attach with job role and organization.
In context of Sainsbury's, they are having loose workforce along with diverse backgrounds
which needs to be managed in relation to get the objective of the organization (Saad, 2018).

According to Duran, (2020) use of cost management for ensuring about the cost
effectiveness in an organization. There are some effective employee relation to which helps in to
get the low turnover along with high productivity in an organization. These could be other
strategies which can help for minimizing the cost along with increasing the productivity in
Sainsbury's. This includes promoting dialogue communication focusing on development of
values and missions etc. All can help in to create a positive employee experience for the lead to
