towards society is full filled. Different modes of implementing these activities can be used
(Crane and Matten, 2016). Some of them are discussed below in detail:
 Donation in trusts – It is one of the most effective manner through which company can
increase its brand image in the market. When management donates some amount for
social cause it creates a good image of it in the industry and when customer finds that the
company is aware about its basic obligations they develop personal relation with it ad
show corporation. It is a beneficial step for the given organisation as for this company
does not need to do any complex arrangements. Just by keeping a separate reserve every
year company can maintain continuity in in its grants and can full fill its social obligation
(Crawford and Nahmias, 2010).

 Towards environment and legal obligations – It is another concern for the given
organisation management should ensure that the operations of the company does not
affect the surroundings. Waste should be disposed of carefully so that it does not pollute
the environment (Eckerson, 2010). Apart from this as big swimming pools are there in
the hotel building it can reuse the water in plants and some other productive purpose.
This way the water resource will be saved and company can save much cost with increase
in its total brand name.
 Towards government – Policies of company should be such that it can continue its
operations within the legal boundaries so that no legal actions are taken against them and
it can operate freely.
 Employees – It is suggested to company that it should work on its CSR activities so that
employees are provided more satisfaction and their turnover ratios can also be minimised.

P7. Reflective Report
From the given study, I observed that for Hilton or any other organisation, to full fill the
corporate social responsibility is very much crucial. This way companies can develop a good
image in society and ensure development in future. It helps management in making good
relations with its customers and also with its employees. By analysing the response of customers
I also got to know about how the concept of CSR helps in the sustainable development of the
company. Information from different resources like books and journals represents that after
globalisation competition has increased to a great level which has further raised the need of
corporate awareness so that unfair practices can be controlled to a great extent. Further the given
text shows that adequate amount of time should be given so that no information is missed out. I
also analysed that in order to get the all relevant information it is necessary that researcher is
provided with required data so that all the facts regarding the subject matter can be collected.
Later, the graphical representation of different observations gave a clear understanding to me as
through them comparison can be done more easily and can be interpreted at same time that what
is the current trend of CSR activities. Hence the whole study helped in developing my own
learning and getting an overall idea about the importance of CSR activities.

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report, this has been observed that Corporate Social
Responsibility activities are the major activity for up gradation of company socially. However,
this has been seen that the business can develop very well by considering social issues over it.
This will also make the business sustainable and prosperous. Under this report, Hilton hotel
emphasises on the CSR issues which will help them out to make the business better in terms of
growth and development. Considering the CSR activities in operations inspire others to opt the
same so that business can build a positive brand image in market. However, this has been seen
that to make the business successful, there is a need to opt the operations with CSR activities so
that business can be done in an effective manner. With the help of CSR, Hilton can build a strong
brand image in market and gain a competitive edge over others.
