for every company to hire great talents who can achieve the goals and

company wants employees who will never compromise on values. The vacancies for technical
openings of Nestle fall into two sections including factory operations and supply chain operations.

campus recruitment drives.

According to the view point of Kalpan and Norton (2004), the major problem faced by recruitment
and selection process of Nestle includes poor HR planning. The HR planning converts business
strategies into particular HRM policies and practices. The key responsibility of HR planning is to
get more people who are having effective skills, experience and competencies in the right jobs at
the right time at right place. Each and every job in the company requires a thorough analysis that
includes job description and job specification.
