interaction and integration between international culture, government as well as economies.
Along with this, globalisation helps in free flow of trade and capital for foreign labour markets in
order to maximize outcomes. This report is supported on Nestle which is public company and
belongs to nutrient processing industry. This organisation was founded by Henri Nestle in year
1866. Its headquarter situated in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland and serve its goods and services at
global level. This report explains about its aim and objectives and prepare project management
plan in order to achieve project targets. In addition to this, it also includes about different
research methodologies that are adopted to collect data

Aim:

way (Chowdhury and Mahmood, 2012). As per the research, investigator will be required fund
of approximately 100 pounds through which conduct their research in proper manner. Along
with this, in order to complete the project it will require approximately 550 pounds to project
manager.
Time:It is define as period which is required by investigator in order to achieve the target
in appropriate manner. To conduct this research, researcher require period of 3 months and to
implement this research in Nestle organisation it is require approximately 1.5 years. For this,
respective company has to formulate plan, strategies and many more so that they can accomplish
the project successfully.
Scope: There are several methods that are used to carry out research includes qualitative
as well as quantitative along with primary as well as secondary origin of data collection. The
range of this research is understand from the point that it help in determination of all the essential
factors which are indulge in the operation of improving recruitment, selection as well as training
along with is dissemination to organisational personnels (Santoso and et.al, 2018).
In case of project, different ways which are used to improve all the three aspects of
recruitment, selection and training is simulation method through which they will able to

determine employees capabilities and skills. On the other hand by hiring capable employees,
they will able to meet internation requirements in proper manner.
Quality:As per the research conducted, researcher collected authenticate as well as
accurate data which help them to analyse the impact of research on the organisation in
appropriate way. From the perspective of task quality is maintained in different manner in
different techniques. In process of recruitment, quality is ascertained through proper analysis of
existing conditions present at workplace environment while selecting respective methods. This
will enable to select the method which is best in nature and works in all criterion (Iniguez De
Onzono and Carmona, 2016).
Risk: It is the situation which is faced by project manager at the time of conducting the
research. This risk will directly or indirectly will affect the result of research that is done by the
project manager. It is important for investigator to examine every situation in proper way so that
it will help them to analyse risk such as lack of information, funds, trained members and many
more through which they will able to formulate solutions in proper manner. On the other hand
from the perspective of project, the risk may be loss of confidentiality, legal risk in terms of
violation of law and so on. In addition to this, if the data collected is not relevant and accurate it
may directly or indirectly affect outcome of result.
Communication:It is one of the essential factor through which investigator will be able
to perform their research in proper way (Năstase, Florescu and Mircioi, 2018). It is essential to
have two way communication between two parties so that they can understand each other views
and opinions. By having effective communication with the help of social media, events and
others, project manager is able to make effective decision regarding their research through
surveys, questionnaire and so on. In addition to it, they will also able to interpret the way
multinational organisations is able to ameliorate its recruitment, choice as well as grooming of
their subordinates so that they can meet worldwide preferences.
Resources:The resources that is needed by project manager for conduct the research of
respective company are skilled manpower, adequate funds, time period and many more (Sloka
and et.al, 2016). Having such resources, researcher will be able to conduct project in better as
well as effective manner. On the perspective of project, the resource will be funds, time duration,
experts and many more.

Work Breakdown Structure is a part of project management which is used to divide
complex projects into simpler and manageable tasks. This can be defined as a process to broken
down much larger tasks into chunks of work which are manageable. These smaller segments can
be easily supervised and figured. It is a hierarchical disintegration of total work which is carried
out by project team to accomplish objectives of an enterprise. The main purpose to design WBS
is accurate assignment of responsibilities to team and also helps to estimate cost, time and risks
in a particular project this will lead to better team productivity as well as easier project
management. A Work breakdown structure is a hierarchical graphic which represents as a table,
flowchart or an outline. It is used to improve planning, develop smarter budget, risk
identification and enhanced visibility. A WBS is a helpful method used in large scale enterprise
projects and enjoy successful outcomes (Yildiz, 2017).
Gantt Chart
It is a crosswise bar chart stand for entire time period duration and tasks of the task
(Gantt chart, 2019). This map furnish a visual communication demonstration of a plan which
assist to program, organize as well as lead particular project in a projection. In this list of
activities are mentioned on left of the graph and suitable time period standard at top of it. Its
crosswise axis represents total time period duration of work while perpendicular axis stand for
