In process of recruitment, quality is ascertainedthrough proper analysis of existing conditions present at workplace environment while selectingrespective methods. This will enable to select the method which is best in nature and works in allcriterion. Risk: It is the situation which is faced by project manager at the time of conducting theresearch (Degeryd and Graffner, 2013). This risk will directly or indirectly will affect the resultof research that is done by the project manager. It is important for investigator to examine everysituation in proper way so that it will help them to analyse risk such as lack of information,funds, trained members and many more through which they will able to formulate solutions inproper manner. On the other hand from the perspective of project, the risk may be loss ofconfidentiality, legal risk in terms of violation of law and so on.
