Resources: It is responsibilities of organisation to make use of availability of resourcesin effective manner so that business productivity remain in competitive marketplace. For suchpurpose they are providing proper training and development session for their employees andstaff members so that work can be carried out in an effective manner. It help to determine how many resources are required and how long assignment willwork. Whereas it is also helpful in managing habituation between the business.
