It is a multinationalcompany of telecommunications which has headquarter in London and was founded in 1969. It'sproduct are fixed line telephony, mobile telephony, broadband internet fibre opticcommunication, digital television and network services. It controls a various number ofsubsidiaries which are BT Ireland, BT Italia and Plus net. For this objectives and aims werecreated and according to it management plan will be designed which will be related to themewhich is already choose(Shenkar, Luo, and Chi, 2014). By help of it, research on small scale willbe conducted under which information and data will be gathered that will support the reportfurther.
