Nestle should concentrate on adopting external recruitment methods because with this, the company will be able to invite the pool of fresh talent who will be aware of dealing with dynamic business environmental activities effectively and efficiently and also bring new technology and innovative products and services for the company. Nestle should focus on selecting a candidate from test and interview both because this will help the company in identifying the practical and theoretical knowledge of the candidate that will be required to attain the business goals and objectives.
