is an employed owned company in UK. It is dealing in clothing, watches,cosmetics, furniture,
food, financial services etc. It was founded by John Spedan Lewis in the year 1929. This report
includes John Lewis objectives and aims. A project plan has been designed by considering the
factors like, cost, quality, risk, communication , resources etc. Additionally, WBD and Gantt
Chart is used for the winding up of the assignment on time. However, qualitative and
quantitative research is conducted to meet the set aims and objectives on time. This firm is using
various tools to examine research work as well as indicate on value of research is done to
achieve the objectives and performance (Adzic, 2011).

in the competitive world. It helps in increasing the GDP of the nation at a rapid scale. It directly

aspects, impacts of globalization are impacting positively in the business functions like,
accounting, marketing, human resource etc. due to which positive outcomes can be seen in the
market place. Diverse culture and ethical norms carried out in an organization helps the business
to run smoothly as well as goodwill is raised in the market. Organization functions like
operating, marketing and HR are also positively affected by globalization as it helps the business
associates to come up with new innovative idea in the market.
