As per the views of Nikoletta Bika, 2019 for an organisation it is required to
implementing changes in their recruitment, selection and training practices
in order to enhance organisational productivity and profitability
effectively. On the basis of these kind of practices an organisation can
attain international requirements easily.

Research Methodology is a specific procedure that used to identify, analyse
and process information on a specific topic. For this research, most suitable

Research is very much important for an organisation to evaluate some
important factors before taking decisions. To amend in recruitment and
selection to meet international standards some recommendations are as
follows:
Organisation have to measure effects of changes that occurs in organisation
so that employees can be feel comfortable while adopting changes.

Conclusion
From the above report it has been summarised that for a firm necessary
changes in their works and procedures are very much important to remain
always competitive in market place. Changes helps in enhance productivity of
