organisation to deal in effective manner such as recruitment, selection,
training and development. With help of these practices organisation can
be able to get right kind of outputs from their human resource to reach
at desirable goals and objectives in better way. So planning and
execution of each and every attribute and functions of human resource
should be necessary for an organisation to deal in effective manner.
