investment and global trade. The chosen firm for this report is Jaguar who produces car and it
offer variety of stylish cars at global level. The report present different aspect of cost, scope,
time, quality and connection of effective management plan. plan that further help to meet the
aims and objectives. The report also present research methods which is used by the different
organisation accomplish task achievements. Further, it also gather information and data that

Project management plan is the procedure or a set structure that contains the activity of
plan or the resources required in all over the study. Besides that, PMP is the most crucial element
that define the importance of the research plan and helpful to take follow up from the following
activities (Iqbal, Nadeem and Zaheer, 2015). It also contains the ending and starting date of the

plan or task assigned to the respective persons. However, this plan is all set through software that
is helpful for better improvement. This is the term that helps to manage the knowledge, skills and
to gain the profit opportunity for the company that helps to generate the different knowledge.

Planning : Planning is the initial phase or dynamic in nature that required in every

whereas inductive approach is contributes the theories (Yamao and Sekiguchi, 2015). Besides,
conduct the present study. Researcher will uses inductive approach for the study into detailed
manner.
Research Philosophy : Research philosophy is the another important terms that explains
the detailed research project into detailed manner. There are two types of philosophical approach

terms of that, present study will be taking primary and secondary method both. However, the
primary research will be conducting by questionnaire survey with 20 managers of Jaguar.
Data Analysis : Data interpretation is the another another effective and analysing
business growth that brings the positive outcomes and growth. That helps to take the best and
advantageous goals and objectives. Data analysis is the method that analyse the collected data by
applying the different opportunity and goals. However, the aim of the data analysis is to identify
and give the final outcomes and growth for the better approachable manner. However, data

analysis. Qualitative data analysis method evaluate the data or information by non numeric
manner interview transcripts, notes, video and audio recording, images and text documents. In
Contrast, Quantitative method analysis data through numeric manner by the help of using
mathematical techniques (Bresler and Stake, 2017). Such as critical thinking or rational manner.
This method of data analysis is more authenticated and reliable to determine the facts and figure
into more deeper manner. This specific useful piece data findings need to be critically analysed

taking Quantitative research analysis under thematic data analysis tool to get the final outcomes
and results.
Sampling : Sampling is based on specific principles that researcher used to measure and
select the sample size for the research out of huge population. Because size of population is very
high for that techniques or statistical method can help to obtained the results and growth. There
are two types of sampling method out of which present study will uses simple random sampling.
However, the two names of sampling method are probability and non probability sampling.
Probability sampling method that allows to population to participate in the study. In this includes
techniques such as stratified, multistage, cluster and sampling.
Non-Probability method which selects particular abstraction or person for the research. In
this method research selects non random manner to selects the population size (Quinlan and
et.al., 2019). This method can be used different other techniques such as quota, convenience,
snowball sampling method. In order to analyse that how much globalisation affect the company
business functions for that researcher will take 20 managers and analysis their responses on the
particular questions.
Ethical Consideration : Ethical consideration is the important aspects that considered
the study into more deeper manner. Ethical implications helps business to understand the legal
aspects of the research that limit the chances of risk and uncertainties. Along with that, it requires
for researcher to understand the legal aspects like protect the data collection. Make sure the all

motive creates affirmative contact upon the business HR and functional purpose. But on the
other side, it has been analysed that institution enlisting and choice is not satisfactory such that
most of the managers of Jaguar are partially contented with the company's enlisting and choice
procedure (Shams and et.al., 2018). That is why it is recommended to the firm to use some
advance technology recruitment system so that it will help a business to select the best candidate
for the vacant position. Thus, it will be beneficial for the firm to use Artificial Intelligence and
Automation so that it will saves time and money for a quoted firm. On the other side, by using
Applicant Tracking system that is used by most of the firm will also help to find best fit.
In addition to this, as there are some cultural issues which is also faced by the business
and there is a need to overcome this. That is why it is recommended to the firm to provide
training session to the employees so that they will easily learn different languages and how to
deal with different peoples at various location. There is a need to expand the use of industrial
technology in order to improve the product quality and also increases the competitiveness and
even by complying with all legal laws and economic policies will also help a business to meet
the financial crises as well. Moreover, by running the business in ethical manner will also helps
to increases users commitment that further help to maintain brand image in world. It is also
recommended to HR Manager of the firm that they should recruit the candidate without
discrimination so that company's productivity as well as profitability increases (Kumar, 2019).
This will also overcome the problem of cultural issues which Jaguar faces i.e. language barriers.
Further, if both HR department and Operational department of Jaguar will follow all ethical
code, then the overall performance of the company will increases and can be easily attain the
defined goals as well.

fully communicated that for MNCs franchising is the best way to get entered into the new

and also enhance my skills that will help me to conduct my future project in well manner. Even
the present investigation analysed that these factors creates affirmative contact upon the concern.
In addition to this, it has been analysed that due to limited time, I cannot attain my aims and
objectives in defined deadlines and at that time, I realized that there is a need to improve my time
management skills so that it will help to conduct the research in more better way at future. I also
realized that while conducting the project, I raise my analytical and problem solving skills and
also understand the deep meaning of globalization in the context of business.
On the other side, while conducting research methodologies section, I realized that using
quantitative strategy will be more beneficial for the project because it help me to draw exact
conclusion which is not possible in the case of using qualitative data. It is so because I have little
knowledge of research methodologies and that is why due to lack of knowledge I uses qualitative
strategy but in future, whenever I conducting the research project I will use best approaches and
philosophies so that it will help to present the report in more better and precise manner. In
addition to this, I also realized that due to effective research skills and communication skills, I
met with the managers of Jaguar and then find out the conclusion so that the research will help to
met its defined aims and objectives. Such that through questionnaire, I concluded that there are
some culturally and ethical issues which are faced by the quoted firm and it is quite essential for
the firm to use advance technology in order to run the business in more effective and ethical
manner.
Through this research project I have learned the process of project management along
with its process. Besides, it also takes time to identify the approach or new research skills
required within the organisational objectives. I have learned so many things with the help of this
study which is very precious for me to develop my future career opportunity. I have gathered
data through primary or secondary research that will definitely support my future learning.

CONCLUSION
Jaguar operates at global level and there are some factors that also creates positive impact
upon business. As research concluded that to run a business in effective way, there is a need to
follow all the ethical code and by using Franchising, Jaguar can easily expand its current
business at international level. As primary research also concluded that global culture do affect
the HR and operational function of the business and that is why HR of the firm should use new
technique in order to select the best candidate for the firm. Moreover, it has been also concluded
that globalization also encourages firm's ability that will further help adapt new culture so that it
can prolong its trade name picture at international level.
