service hotels and resorts to their targeted customers. It is a American international hospitality
located in McLean, Virginia U.S. Conrad Hilton was the founder of this organization in the open
market place. This assignment overs, scale and size of the accommodation services founded in a
hospitality industry. Various forms of ownership available to accommodation service are
explained briefly. It also focuses on different functions along with various roles and
responsibilities of front office within variety of accommodation services. Additionally, roles of
front office department in Hilton are discussed properly. Further this report facilitates to provide
the complete understanding regarding the importance of interrelationship among housekeeping
and other department which are part of the Hotel management.
