impression on minds of guests how well they will be treated in hotel and what kind of facilities
they are going to have. Present report will analyse importance of housekeeping department its
interrelation with other departments of hotel. It will help to find out importance of maintenance
and repairs in hotel as well as why security system are important in hotel.
