INTRODUCTION
Training is an activity that leads to skilled behaviour and the procedure of teaching
workers the basic ability that they need to perform in their jobs. Staffing is the procedure of
processing all the policies, exercise and operations that are used to acquire the efficiency ratio,
knowledge and abilities and competencies of staff faculty to improve effectiveness and
efficiency of an individual. In the management of hospitality industry each administrator has to
deal with them (Agyeiwaah, McKercher, and Suntikul, 2017). The management consider in this
report is Accor hospitality industry. It is a multinational hospitality organisation that featured the
executive and various sort of business as hotel, resorts and leisure places. It ensure the HR units
in direction and operation of the task for managing staff faculty, managerial performance and
training and development.

Systemic approach to performance management process
Performance management is the procedure that present the manner of having a clear
definition of successful. It is the procedure by which human resource manager measure the
presentation of individual by various techniques and approaches. It termed as the manner that
include the collaborative, communication based procedure where the workers and manager work
jointly to accommodate organisational targets and objectives. In Accor hotel, there managers
who peruse the performance management programmes that helps the workers in valuing their
efficiencies. They are using the certain performance management procedure for various
approaches to helps them in processing the individuals productivity and efficiency. There are
several approaches of performance management process that are as follows:
Set up goals: It termed as the success manner of the managers and executives should
have to determine the managerial and team goals that have to be achieved. Managers
might have to do planning and make plan of action for managerial targets and objectives.
They needs to change the outputs and gaols in manner of individual and team members
(Akgunduz, Alkan, and Gök, 2018). They might have to decide in advance that the time
frame as per to the team roles and activities that they have to perform in the business
surrounding or in respect to complete the task.

Processing a plan: After managers have complete the planning then they might develop
the plan in which individuals will involved for creating invention and making decisions.
Mangers and executives might have to develop a short term and long term plan that
needs to develop the employees. In context of Accor hotel, the managers involves at
every section to ensure the thought of ideas to involves individuals in their decision
making process (Blal, Singal, and Templin, 2018). It will help individuals to get
encouraged. Managers of hotel measures how and when the growth should be happen and
give priority as per to their business and their needs. Then they create a target to
accommodate the learning and development that is needed and desirable.
Taking accurate action : Then approach that is used in performance management
procedure is taking action. Managers should have to be become idols by providing
response. In this context, manager of the hotel provide ongoing and common position to
the individuals by which they utilise their force to get concentration as towards the
accommodating the gaols and objectives. It helps the individuals to get encouraged and
oriented by managers and executives. It will help organisation and individual as
increasing their productivity ratio and accommodating organisational task.
Approach the performance : In this evaluation of progress and providing ongoing
feedbacks to the employees. In this approach of performance management procedure, the
managers measure the development of individuals and analysed their execution. After
they have analysed, they give response to the individuals that will improved in the
organisation. It will helps managers and owners at the time of benefits and
recompensation programmes (Chang, 2018). Managers determine the individuals who
should get reward on the basis of their performance in the management programmes.
There are various performance appraisal programmes by which hotels are Management
give rewards to their employees that are 360 degree feedbacks, Behaviourally anchored
rating scale (BARS) and social appraisals etc. these appraisal techniques will helps the
hotels and managers in analysing individuals presentation for providing them rewards on
the basis of their ratings.
Providing rewards : As the other approach is providing rewards and recompensation.
Managing director of the hotel appoints the organisational programmes or rewards
