The last step within the process include reviewing the risk. 4.2 Health and safety regulations and legislation applicable in specific work situations Health and safety regulations and legislation applicable in specific work situations are as demonstrated. This regulations also includes minimum requirements which set the procedures in writing form and communicates to all workers to whom the procedures applies (Cradock and et.al., 2013). It also helps in risk management which is a type of administrative control which is the process that are designed to maximize the risk and to be notified to the workers.
