INTRODUCTIONBusiness management supports every activity of the organisation which is concernedwith acquiring maximum prosperity with minimum efforts. Management plays a significant rolefor achieving common goals (Fewings, 2013). It is dynamic function which includes labour,capital and raw-material to produce the products. Present study is based on Toyota MotorCorporation which is Japanese company engaged in design, manufactureing, assembling andsalling of passenger cars (Toyota, 2017). They are leading in auto manufacturer and take placeeight largest company in the world. For gaining insight knowledge of firm report comparefunctions of the company. Furthermore, it includes various activities to meet the operational planwith effective monitoring and control. Moreover, it recommends improvements within Toyotaobjectives and goals. In addition to this, it includes wider implications of proposed changeswithin Toyota Company. At last, it carries out the practical implications of health and safetypolicies and procedures within the chosen organisation.TASK 11.1 Evaluates the benefits of interrelationship between two functions of ToyotaOperation management can be defined as administration of organisation practices whichcreates the highest level of efficiency possible within business. Main functions of these aspectsare converting material and labour into goods and services to maximize profits of Toyota. In order to carry out functions within the enterprise, teams compose organisationmembers from various level of the firm. Each function needs to follow carefully which reducecost and enhance good relations with customers (Wilton, 2016). For attaining goals of Toyota,following functions can be carried out: Marketing function: Marketing functions are essential part of business which needs to getless attention from designer and information systems (Jansen, Cusumano andBrinkkemper, 2013). Success of the marketing function of Toyota depends on the marketforces and information system. With changing in the market conditions it affects the citedfirm so that they have to conduct market research with changes in dynamic system. Financial functions: Finance is back bone of every enterprise which supports in carryingout effective functioning at the workplace. Role of finance man change from last twodecades (Too and Weaver, 2014). It involves activities which are related with preparingfinancial report and performance enterprise. It is beneficial for Toyota because it providesinformation regarding investment, financial, assets management and portfolio aspects.Thus, it is important responsibility of business to maintain accounting transactions at theworkplace which are related with business performances. Transformation process includes carious activities and input in which Toyota add valuesto provide effective products and services to their customers. For instance, they involve raw-material to make finished goods and take information regarding customers preferences (Obeidatand et.al., 2016). Then they are making products according to customers demand and serve tothem. With the help of this transformation process at Toyota, it facilitates in making real time decisionsand improving automotive experiences. The company uses material, machines, customers,labour, management and many more things. These elements are gathered to achieve outcomes atthe workplace. It will give positive outputs in term of goods and services which will satisfy thecustomers demand and add value for maintaining sustainability at the workplace (SchmiedelVom Brocke and Recker, 2014).1.2 Suggest methodology which can be used in Toyota process for organisation goals andobjectivesIn Toyota process, value stream mapping method can be used for analysing current stateand future design for various series of event. It takes process from beginning to and pointtowards the customers (Ates and et.al., 2013). In the cited firm, it is also known as material andinformation flow mapping. This method is uses to create step by step guide which create currentstate value stream map. In this aspect, cited firm make efforts which are conducted by peoplewho involve in this process. It represents flow of material from suppliers to customers within thechosen organisation. Value stream mapping is team exercise which involves in all areas withinthe process can be mapped (Somsuk and Laosirihongthong, 2014). In value stream method,company can employ flow diagram documenting by providing high details of every step of aprocess. 2
