INTRODUCTION
The report presented below is a study work prepared to highlight how an organization
manages various activities conducted within organizational environment of the company to
achieve overall objectives and goals mentioned in mission statement. ABC Limited is an
recruitment agency that has been providing its client companies with direct contact to potential
candidates. The framework designed with context to present developmental plan includes
analysing major areas of deficiencies in organisational structure as well as management. It has
been included here that the main underlying factor behind inefficient and ineffective leadership
and control is the inadequacy of rights given to senior officials. Operational management is an
important area of concern for improving the overall organisational performance. The report also
includes determining the extent of responsibility of an operations manager to align various
activities carried out with that of organisations goals and objectives (Monczka and et.al., 2015).

Like every other organisation, ABC Company also has its organisational structure as well
as the specific cultural environment. The structure of company mentioned has been designed
after determining the list of important functional departments that carry out respective activities
to achieve common goals and objectives (Neubauer and Lank, 2016). Managing the organisation
is a complex task which has been divided into departments such as operational, human resource,
