INTRODUCTIONManaging communication, knowledge and information are considered as critical aspectwhich need to be referred by business entities in critical manner. In addition to this, it can be saidthat it is referred as management of a mixture of transmission processes in organization or indaily life. By having an effective consideration of diverse techniques the information aboutdiverse aspects related to business activities can be gathered properly. Proper communicationalso allows to have effective application of standards which assist in accomplishing diverseobjectives. It has been noticed that managing knowledge and information is all about improvingaccess to the information that can improve overall operations. It also helps in gaininginformation about technological factors which advances the sustainable development. In present report, the different factors related to managing communication, knowledgeand information are being explored in context to setting out new restaurant in Sweden. Study willprovide information in regard to diverse methods which assist in improving relationship withstakeholders. By having an appropriate information about diverse factors the business firm canalso improve its decision making process. Along with this, it will also provide details in regard tocommunication techniques which are beneficial for sustainable development.
