Introduction In business, ample of activities are performed in order to ensure success and growth. Managing business effectively is important to get success in the competitive world. It includes planning, organization, controlling the outcomes and more. Managing business is helpful in making optimum use of available resources. Importance of managing diversification among staff in business organization In organizations, different individuals work together to accomplish common goals. They belong from different culture, religion, nationality and more. In addition to this, different people have different mindset which further affects their working practices in the company. Production can be maximized by maintaining diversified work force. It creates a positive atmosphere at work place wherein all employees like to interact with each-other in order to get exposure of different culture, values and more.
