events. The company has successful completed the events in the successful manner which have

market. The report consist of the events sectors and the management skills which are needed by
companies in the event industry. Event also include the planning the event setup by the event
management company for the event. Report also includes the event safety and the safety of the
guest which are visiting the event and for the employees as well. The report want to provide the
knowledge about the event management sector in the industry.

The events are managed by the event management companies. There are various types of
the events which are handled by the event manager. The event manager would have the

Private vents are the events like the weddings, receptions and the birthday parties. These

at the events. Private events has the certain guest which are visiting the vents in the specific
manner. Business program and the school programs are also helped in the private events. In the
private events the guest is available and no public is allowed to participate in the event. For
example the company has signed the deal of the wedding and managing the needs of the wedding
programs.
Corporate events
Corporate events are used by the business sector for promoting their brands and the
launch the products. The corporate events are like the events which include the conferences
launch of the product, seminars and the meetings as well. The industry of the corporate events is
not so big to manage the events in the successful manner. Corporate events are raising the loyalty
of the company towards the suppliers and the customers. For example the corporate events

include the conferences and the meetings which are held by the event management company
(Preuss 2015).

Charity events are the vents which are raising the money for the charity and the for the
fund-raising as well. Usually charity events need the sponsors which are funding the charity

Nowadays the customers want the high security and the facial recognition which would provide
the security to the customers which are visiting the events. The private events include the
wedding the and the parties which need to organize in the effective way.
Corporate events
Corporate events include the events which include the business meetings and the
conferences. These types of the events need to follow the trends using the technology in
meetings. There must be no disturbance to the customers in the meetings. Corporate events has
the facilities of the that chat boxes and the projectors which are need in the meetings and the
conferences (Ocasio Loewenstein and Nigam, 2015).
Charity events
Charity events includes the events which are fund-raising events. These charity events
does not have to follow the latest trends but need to sue the latest technologies. Proper facilities
must be provided to the customers in the vents. These events should have the proper time breaks

which would satisfying the guest of the events which are visiting the events. Charity events are
published and the promotion of the event is done on the large scale. Charity events includes the

they would hear every thing in the meeting.

Space of the room is finalized by the number of the guest and the space of the Room
must be sufficient for the guest which are visiting the event. The guest of the conferences must
be flexible and comfortable while seating in the conference. The space of the room is adjusted as
per the guest and the layout of the room (Noe, and et.al., 2017).

The room must be decorated as per the guest and the conference. The company is

skills and the leadership skills as well. The manager must be able to manage the services which
are being provided to the guest at the event. The guest would complaints their issues to the event
manager what the issues they have faced in the event. These issues would be solved by the event
manager. The manager need to trained and the skilled for managing the event.
Event coordinator
Event coordinator is managing the work at the event and it is coordinating the problem of
the event to the department of the event. Through these the event are other departments of the
event are managed successfully. Event coordinator is managing the work in the effective manner
and it needs the communication skills for communicating with the other departments of the
event. It needs the skills, like the communication skills and the leadership skills.
Security officer
The security officer at the event is managing the security at the event. The security officer
needs to have the leadership skills which will manage the employees which are working under
security department. The work must be divided among the security officers, and they need to
manage the work in the effective way. Security officers need to manage the work, and they must
have completed the necessary education required for the post of the security officer.

about the venue. The employees must know about the venue from the inside and the outside as
well. In the case of the emergency the guest and the employees would use the others ways to
vacant the place. The venue must have the security measures for the fire and the accidents which
would be occurred at the event. Venue must have the temporary boundaries for the safety of the
employees.
Use of the technology for the safety and security
The company can use the latest technology for the safety and the security of the event.
The technology includes the locks with the facial lock and the software would be used by the
event management company for the safety and the security of the event. These would include the
data of the guest which are visiting the event. The employees must be trained for any problem in
the event (Deng 2019).
Control the crowd

The crowd of the event which is visiting the event must be controlled. The employees
