provides lavishing facilities to their customers. Therefore, such hotels
charge more money as compared to other hotels. Such hotels provide
fine dining facilities, spa centres, gym rooms and many more. They
mainly target those customers who pay high prices in order to get
luxury and comfort.
Five-star rating: It includes all those luxurious hotels who provide
various lavishing facilities to their customers. Some of these facilities
includes fresh flowers, internet access, best interiors & furnishings and
many more. By providing high class services to customers, there main
targets are high class people.
Above mentioned are some type of ratings which help in
identifying different types of hotels available at the marketplace.

In the context of food and beverage industry, it has been said that
some of the most essential rating system are going to be discussed as
follows:
One-star rating: It refers to the hotel who mainly provide all
the basic requirements to the customers neither any kind of luxurious
necessities. It has also been said that one-star rating hotels does not
offer any kind of special services. Targeted customers of such hotels
are middle class families.
Two-star rating: It is quite similar with one-star rating hotels
but they provide some more facilities as compare to one star hotels.
These are the hotels which provide dining as well as restaurant
facilities. As a result, two-star rating hotels cost little higher than one
star hotels.
Three-star rating: It includes all those hotels who are far than
one or two-star rating hotels and provide high quality facilities such
as contemporary furnishings, fitness centres and many more. These
are the hotels mainly located at highways and can easily be reachable
by large number of customers.
