recent scenario of our organization we have identified that, IS/IT improvement strategy
evaluation is the best suited approach that would be helpful for commercial revenue and

efficient, reliable, flexible and accountable as well. The patients and all working employees will
get benefited after implementation of an ERP system. Due to lack of budget till last year we were
