services are widely expanding. For its international expansion into Bulgaria, analysis is
further expanding towards new parameters, and also heading focus on international trade
rules. From the finding it is examined that there are three types of trade issues which includes
Trade agreement, tariff and FDI. It is examined that the country has a strong political stability
and low skilled labor. Further, company may successfully imposed the tax rate and there is a
free trade between the countries that helps to increase the competition and establish thee
