It will defining quality management, financialperformance and customers or clients perspectives as well. At last it will determining peopleperspectives and implementation issues. TASKAnalysis of Existing Organisational Performance Management SystemOrganisational performance is management tool and technique which is used to buildvalues of employees in a firm. Through this process they can easily attain their businessobjectives in appropriate manner.
