It will defining quality management, financialperformance and customers or clients perspectives as well. At last it will determining peopleperspectives and implementation issues. TASKAnalysis of Existing Organisational Performance Management SystemOrganisational performance is management tool and technique which is used to buildvalues of employees in a firm. Through this process they can easily attain their businessobjectives in appropriate manner. There are different elements are determine which is based onperformance management system such as - Organisational performance management - This is a effective business tool which isuses to attain business objective in specific manner.
