Managing and personally developing skills is very important for every individual to

and being part of this place is because of its huge working requirements and making it possible
for myself to comply against all such setup and clear. The main setup which needs to be done as
per the program which they have started which is to recycle the clothes which are throne awaya
and is not used again in nature. This is actually for being used and many people gain help from
this thing such as people who are refuges and people stuck in disaster situation. The company
needs to support society and stronger society and it has always help the people in most crucial
times. This is done for supporting the community outside the zone of Uniqlo, this shows that the

1. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective.
Working in this retail sector employees need to sell a certain amount of additional things in both
retail as well as store charges. In the recent market the store of opening a market setup has
created new space to endeavor and selling this makeup is to achieve such certain target market.
The usual target for most of my colleagues and people I work with is more than 100 makeup
products and especially the ones which are in promotion. As it was a weekend and me and my
team managed to cross the market stream and sell more products than it was required. Actually it
is in the department of footwear and shall be described as per the described customers and
customers which are approaching towards them. The whole team is very much aware of such file
and shall be explained as per requirements and shall be included in the requires section (Guo and

2. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what did you
do and what was the outcome?)
I am currently working in a retail store where all am trained about is related to exchanges. The
certain policies which are stated by the company for making such exchanges on shoes the
customer needs to have proper boxes when their sold ones a pair of unborn trainees had recently
been purchased and disposed of the box however provided me with the receipt so as a matter of
stitching back shoes was very fragile and the heel could have had broken while doing so.I want
to see a talk with my manager and approached him to exchange the shoes of customer for a
larger size as the most ripped off due to not being of the correct size and shape the shoes be
useless for the store if they are made out of any money refunded so I suggested that we can
exchange the same pair and the same size of shoes in return of a better product and resell them
with the same code just the size number and the scales will be modified through this I have saved
almost 50 Euros in the business (Iacobucci and Rosa, 2019).
3. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and complete a
number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
It has always comprise my mind to work multiple things in the same span of time and I have
done this several times. in some of the earth afternoons I am very much preoccupied with the
customer calling for services for issues which are under solved and several theories related to the
bills and other exchanges. In this process even certain customers have appreciate me to bring
down their clothing on counter. In many times they have even waited patience fully and after that
I always apologize for making them wait and provide to give them the best solution of their
issue. Then later I re join my other colleague who are busy handling and numbers of customers
and perfectly find a good response to them. Me forming all such task hydraulic impressed my
supervisor and appreciated my quick thinking and problem resolving skill.

view.
At the time of me studying in the university I have prepared several group projects and
assessment which were related to solving problems at one time a newly formed group which was

working on a particular hypothesis invented a new product in a certain market for presenting and
we’re presenting it. Due to a certain amount of lack of communication among all the members
there was a common disagreement of choosing certain ideas and no person was reaching up to a
good conclusion. as soon realised that the miscommunication is causing the group to perform
less and I try to resolve by arranging everyone to discuss each of their ideas one by one and by
making a proper connection between their ideas I started to develop explaining the importance of
listening to each partner in the group and after this effort the communicated as per my point of
