This report brings out a discussion on issue related to strategic management of people with
context to ECH.in. This report describes a process in which it selects people management
issue faced by ECH.in. The challenges include difficulty in the retention of skilled
employees, and low level of engagement among the employees because the issue affects
majority of company, which can affect planned objectives of organization. After finding the
issues faced by the ECH and other aged care company in Australia, it is important to find
core reasons of the challenges faced by the organisations. Some of the challenges are lack of
diversity, less friendly, and do not have standards. Other issues can be lack of labour issues
across professions, ageing healthcare staff have been self-effacing, upsurge in chronic
diseases, and incomplete graduates to reduce the same location. Based on proper data
collection and background information, they face internal and external organisational
challenges. In the growth phase of the challenges, it is seen that background of issue will be
elaborated on the basis of trends in healthcare industry. Further, this report will bring out
appropriate plans and endorsement for corporate behaviour and (HRM) human resource
management. Some recommendations will come up with people management strategies and
appropriate solutions in the framework of organization.
The healthcare business is integration of sectors in the economic systems, which will avail
goods and services to give the patients properly with palliative care, healing care, defensive
care, and rehabilitative. This industry includes maintaining and establishing health again. It is
one of the profligate increasing industries in the world and it consumes 120 percent of GDP
of developed nations. The WTO (world trade organisation) estimations 9.2 million doctors,
1.9 million dentists, 19.4 million midwives, 2.6 million druggists, and 1.3 million community
health labours work globally generating this segment as most main section of staff. Due to
lack of expertise, affordable healthcare covers almost millions of uninsured Australians.

Leaders in the present era, leaders have been fronting hard issues and numerous multifaceted
subjects, which can effect skill to efficiently tool cost actual agendas, operate, skilled
