50 people have been hired. Now, it is time for hiring a professional staff manger through a
proper recruitment process (Recruitment.2021). Management structure of this business is well
managed and well defined in order to completion of various tasks and to better satisfy customers.
All popular dishes are offered at the restaurant to attract maximum customers with heavy
discounts. In the restaurant there is a job vacancy for staff manager,it is essential to fill this
vacancy as soon as possible because 50 people staff is hard to manage (Astek, 2020). Selecting
an appropriate person for staff manager post in a short span of time is need of the restaurant,so
manager has to perform recruitment process quickly and in an effective manner. In order to get a
talented person for the above mentioned vacancy a template of job description has been designed
