INTRODUCTION
In an organisation to have the operation without the implication of accurate HR policies is not
considered to be more level of successful. The important of the HR policies cannot be over
stated as they have the critical level of sustaining for a viable business along with giving
employees a proper and estimate guidelines in order to feel confident for working purposeful in
the principles organization. It is impossible along with being quite harsh for employees to
accepted the various challenges without proper structuring of hr policies. Ryanair airlines is the
Europe largest airline group with having the team of 19000 highly skill professionals providing
on time performances and industry leading safe records (Siddiqui and Bisaria., 2018). The
company have face major level of HR issues which is such as their employments relation and the
failure of proper structuring of HR policies. In this report there will be clear discussion on the
why it is important for there firm to have need for robust and the progressive level of HR
policies.
MAIN BODY
Human performances in an organization have the proper reflection of effective knowledge, skill
along with behaviours and values. This is helpful in developing their better strategies to have
improvisation in productivity. The reasons to have the implementing of robust HR strategies as it
is the key in retaining talent at primary level by cementing crucial steps with new hire
relationship. In addition to that’s there are several benefit that progressive and robust HR policies
can provide an organization.
HR departments is considered to be essentials part in a company whether it is been a start-up or
an established company. On the other hand, only few people have the established understanding
regarding the importance of differentiated HR policies and procedure. The HR departments have
the roles and responsibility to hire employees of a company to select, recruit, assess new
candidates, as well as create the procedures and HR policies of companies. On the other hand , it
is contradictory to the statement that the two companies don’t share the same level of HR
policies , but now it is necessary employees to have the following level of dependence regarding
different market and procedure of their respective company.
Ryanair airlines are considered to the lowest cost airline along with being largest European
budgets by the scheduled level of passengers flown along with carried to more internationals
passengers as compare to another aircraft. The firm ahs been characterised by its level of rapid

expansions which have resulted in deregulation of the differentiated aviation industry and
continuous success of low-cost business model (Golafzani, Kiani and Salari, 2017). On the other
hand, the company have been criticised for their employee condition along with heavy use of
extra charges. In addition to that’s there is intentional provocation in order to have generation of
free publicity.
Company have boosting up of the employee engagements in firm by considering the employees
as the goldmines which have the propelling of the firmed to the expected heights in perfect
manner (Siddiqui and Bisaria., 2018). On the other hand, Ryanair is giving chance to employee
to have providence by offering their ideas, suggestions, and innovative thoughts that improve the
health and profitability of your business. On the other hand, the providence of the rewards and
recognitions to articulate the respective goals and responsibly in another strategy of HR
department to have the increasing productivity and profitability of firm.
The HR department have the assuring to the organization for the effective level of utilization of
different resources to achieve differential aims and objectives by having proper aligning of
individuals goals and maximum development of organization. This is responsible to have their
hiring more and more people into the organization, helping them perform their work,
compensating them for their labours, and solving problems that arise. As the Ryanair CEO,
viewed their respective staff only as factor of production which is only capable of turning out
their resources into wealth. On the other hand, the HR department of Ryanair are viewed to be
more passive to be provided and deployed as numbers and skills at the right price, rather than the
source of creative innovation.
The knowledge, skills and abilities of the HR departments are considered to be critical aspect
which is helpful in gaining competitive advantages which have directly impacted their long-term
sustained performance of firm. As the HR have major focus on the Ryanair employment
retention which rely on the low cost via minimisation of waste and control of employees along
with union avoidance (Mukherjee, 2019). Hence there is need for the HR policies in an
organization as there are different people belong to different natures which not surprisingly go
with each other. on the other hand, few have the habit of accepting what is norms, few might’s
have the relaxation of differential rules but the still written policies have the power to make
people bind to regulation of the organization.
