People are the customers who generates income for the organization, services isthe product which is provided by the company to their customers. It should be equipped withhighest quality so to satisfy unmet needs of customers. Aim of company is to attain maximumutilisation of resources so to maximise their productivity and profitability. For this report,people healthcare services is taken for consideration which provides services to disableperson includes men and women. Company has more than 50 care centres and headquartersin London, United Kingdom. Partnership and their types is discussed in this report with theirstructure and culture. Company's aim, objectives and their outcomes are explained. Swotanalysis would be done on the company so that they can access their strengths and weakness.Gantt chart is made so that whole project will be divided into smaller parts according to theirpriorities assigned to them.Background and Overview of OrganisationPeople healthcare services was founded in 1996 with the aim of demolishingdisability and factors due to which it causes. They have more than 2000 employees includingdoctors, nurses, staff etc which assist patients to live their life with peace and harmony. Theyhave headquarter in London, UK and has more than 50 care centres all over UK. Their mainfocus is to provide health care services in every corner of UK and to make them disable freecountry. Management have opted different types of marketing strategies so that they cancreate their brand equity and attract customers from every corner of UK (Walshe, 2010). 2.0 Organisational StructureThe authorised structure of a company is the method of contact or the type ofconnection of different natural parts within an association of companies, the ultimateobjective being to compose in a viable and reasonable way the members of the associationand to cooperate to achieve common goals. It is a type of business in which two or more thantwo individual has invested some amount of money in the business. Resources, profit, loss etcis share by all the partners according to their shares in the company. People health careservices is in general partnership. Few points which should be in consideration while makinggeneral partnership is given below,Profit and loss would be share according to their investment in the startingAll the partners have equal right while making business decisions

Crucial aim of corporategovernance is to shape the working style of employees in the organization so to attainproductivity and profitability at its best. It also assist in while taking business decisions. It isimportant for People healthcare to set their policies in the starting so to shape the workingenvironment of company (Walshe and Smith, 2011). Organisation structure: It refers to a process which shows that how the activities will be directed in thecompany to attain their missions and vision. In other words, it is a structure through whichcompany is made up of and how the information will flow in the organization. Peoplehealthcare services follows hierarchical structure as it assist them to maximize theirutilisation of resources.Organizational culture:It is an amalgamation of beliefs, values, perception etc which holds within anorganisation. Task culture is followed by People as it helps employees and management tofocus on a single thing instead of focusing on different things. Task culture also helpscompany to manage in critical situation as it made organisation flexible and adaptable toevery situation which could be faced by company.
