1.0 INTRODUCTIONThese days, there is important role of day care mores which are important and relevantfor maintaining proper services to clients. There is requirement of different resources such asemployees, capital, etc. hence it is responsibility of managers to plan and make them availableproperly. This report is based on TC old people homes which is new established organisation.This provides residential services to old age people (Adams, 2013). This organisation runs underpartnership. In this report there is discussion about different management theories, financial data,SWOT analysis, legal laws, regulations, etc. 2.0 Partnership TC old people homes is an organisation which is started in partnership. Partnership is thefirm which is run by two or more people and registered under partnership act. Working style,number of partners, name of partners, profit sharing ratios, etc. Task culture is followed by TC old people homes. This culture, there are different rolesassigned to personnel according to skills, knowledge, experience of personnel (Amies and et. al.,2012). This helps to give positive by improving quality of services at TC old people homes. Thisis essential because personnel are aware about their roles and responsibilities, so possibilities ofduplication of activities at TC old people homes are less. 3.0 Organisational Governance Structure and CultureGovernance is the policies with which organisation is able to perform operations insystematic manner. Structure used by TC old people homes happens among co owners whicha retaking part in different activities. There is proper governance of policies which assist in making changes which aresignificant and relevant to make long term relations with consumers. These days, there are someresponsibility of organisations such as proper use of different aspects which are relevant andsignificant for maintaining policies according to change in policies of managers. There aredifferent departments such as marketing, taking care, house keeping, etc. the all are aware abouttheir roles and responsibilities. This partnership organisation is registered under Partnership Act 1890. tin case ofadmission and retiring of any partner. To keep safety prospects important partners follow, safetyand security act, etc. This organisation has online portal so clients can register their relatives on it and thenpartners has facility to pick up old age people. There is proper data related to client provided byrelatives of customers. While admitting consumer, proper documentation is done regardinghealth policies. In case of issue to client prior approval form is filled by client or their relative atthe time of admission to provide them treatment (Asenova, Bailey and McCann, 2015). Inter-agency workingInter agency working means actions which assist in working in group of two or more forattaining same aims and objectives. There is collaboration of resources, skills which assist inperforming operations according to demand of society. In health and social care sector,. It is easyto provide fair services in relation to managing commercial activities in appropriate manner. Advantage of inter working skills is there is combination of resources, skills, knowledge,experience, etc. This helps to provide good quality services to consumers. While disadvantage ofthis approach is it is not easy to make every convince. There are possibilities of dissatisfactionamong partners and creates possibilities of improper services to clients. Issues arise to work in partnershipThere is difference in perception of partners, so there are possibilities of conflict. There isrequirement of approval of all partners, so this is time consuming (Baral and et. al., 2014). Asthere are changes taking place frequently, so in this case some partners might be ready to acceptchanges, while some are not. In this activities of TC old people homes might suffer. 4.0 Organisational Aims, Specific Aims, Objectives, Outcomes and OutputsAim of TC old people homes partners is to make changes according to culture religion ofclient.
