higher productivity as well. The report is based on TSK bearings limited, which is automotive
industry and starting doing trading in year around 1980. Hence, the assignment is going to
discuss about scope management and Gantt chart, and changes in management plan what
measure would be taken to complete the task on time.

company wants to establish their new side project having a revenue of £12 million pounds which
will include purchase of raw material, building of manufacturing site located directly off North-
East coast of England and they implements strategy of open to all weather conditions (Jonny

Klakegg and Haavaldsen, 2011). Employees are recruited by both ways as of internal recruitment
as well as external recruitment. This firm is fond of implementing new technologies for
achieving better results for different kind of projects as in year of March, 2018 for meeting with
customer expectations and fulfil their desires to provide better service. It help to make the things
in right prospect so that chances of getting success can be achieved. Although various project
which is being opted by the company are as follows:

Training: It is necessary task to conduct for helping people grow and develop their skills
