different resources and limitations of working. Therefore, task and activity has to be completed
on time for accomplishing specific goals and targets. There are various types of projects which
carry out business for meeting their required enterprise objectives and targets. A project should
carry out advanced accurate level of manufacturing projects. Main aim of TSK Bearings Limited
is to distribute product lines and business operations which comes derive producing category of
major projects. Such projects are often provided in the environment operations present in
business. An organisation’s main motive is to develop the business operations along with
offering development phases in a proper manner. Another project which includes management
and administration projects. It is reliable for an enterprise as they desire for entrance in new
Asian market within the latest offerings. Such requirements should be prepared on time and
make use of correct techniques and methods.
2. Scope management and its tools to show the sub-division of scope of work
Management scope refers to those output and input processes that can be controlled and
manipulated. It is that task where project scope should be maintained and create some practices

which are attained in given time period. It can be defined to manage human resources of the firm
where they easily operate business operations and functions (Lech, 2014). It is the first which is
required to analyse and consider proper training and development program. It is necessary to
bring out major projects for services and important attention in delivering and making
appropriate goods and services. There are certain techniques and methods which present the sub

that helps them in proper sequencing of exercise and major activities. The critical way is used to
process major sequencing of functions or activities as well as segmentation which is not
included. It assists in saving the resources, cost, time, cost and available in making convenience

Determining task- It is necessary to reaching the major objectives and goals, there are

increasing competent workforce for new and current manufacturing locations. Human resource
department of the organisation is to lay down the series of tasks which has to be bring out for
achieving the same manner (Thamhain, 2014). An enterprise require to domain which choose
employees who work with current workforce and hiring rest of the manpower through online

Team development- The requirement of workforce has been fulfilling the team building
exercise that can be carry out in appropriate manner. The major roles and responsibilities of

task which carry out such factors in desired way within an enterprise. Skills refers to capability

and competency which can be carry out project manager in an enterprise that are as follows: Leadership- It is essential skill which are possessed by company manager in an

their innovative projects and also gain profitability and productivity. Some are as under:

on the other hand, it is simple for understanding such leaders nature who are became
leader.
 Trait theory- This theory will assist in analysing and examining company manager
behaviour and nature towards accomplishing each project and this will manage all task. It
can help in evaluating attributes, traits, combination of characteristics which are common
among leaders.
 Behavioural theory- It is that theory and model which help in evaluating and analysing
