Introduction
Managing quality refers to make innovative policies and practices in
order to increase effectiveness of clinical procedures for improving
patient outcomes. In context of this report, it is based on New Rise
Care Home which provide desired care services and medication to
people for making them disease free. It will also include quality
measuring standards, approaches to implement quality systems and
potential barriers to delivery better quality of care services.

Standards for measuring quality
Standards for maintaining health and social care is a wide structure to
risen the quality of health service and care.
 Consent of an individual for treatment is mandatory, the provider
cant force individual to seek health related care
 Providers must ensure the safety throughout the treatment by
making sure that the staff is experienced, skilled and qualified to
keep patients safe

Care quality commission (CQC) is an
autonomous regulator who inspects
and check whether the standards are
meet by health care providers or
not. Benchmarks are provided to get
a clear, accessible and concise
scenario of national standard for
each level by which others can be
judged.

Different approches to implement quality
systems
Evaluating different ways for implementing quality system is necessary
in every organization for improving day to day on going operations
for decreasing the risk of errors. Implementation of quality
management in hospitals imports a number of satisfactory facilities
such as patient safety, technical competence, good behaviour of staff
towards patients, healthy work environment, correct treatment
procedures, availability of pharmacy, canteen etc.

Potential barriers to delivery of quality care
services
To access the quality of healthcare services, management and prevention of
disease by maintaining and boosting health is required but few possible
barriers doest allow the delivery of quality health care services.

Conclusion
From the above report, it has been summarised that managing quality
can be described as an important aspects to enhance effectiveness of
care services for improving patients outcomes. It includes
benchmarks, performance indicators and codes of practice to
measure and improve quality of medical facilities. However, it
consist panning, procedures, policies, target setting, audit and
monitoring for implementing an appropriate quality systems in care
home.
