The objectives of Austin Fraser is to deliver best quality services to their customers, they are
doing this by project management techniques. It helps initiating the project with adequate
planning,executing, controlling and completing the project timely so as to achieve the task
objectives of the cited entity(Shattock, 2010). This helps the employees in gaining a competitive
advantage by serving their clients better services and providing them recruitments. For achieving
this purpose, the first and foremost aims and objectives of the Austin and Fraser covered in this
report are enlisted as follows:
Aim is to implement corporate social responsibility in Austin and Fraser for accomplishing
sustainable goals and objectives.
Corporate social responsibility refers to the activities done by the company as a gratitude towards
the society in which they are operating and using the resources. These are the activities which
provide benefit to the society(Christensen and Christensen, 2003). Earlier it was not necessary to
implement CSR but today its very essential for the reputation of the entity to abide by the polices

of CSR . This betterment can be provided to society in any form like charities , making it
pollution free, growing trees etc.,

their guidelines and give required results and attain objectives. To select a perfect candidate for a
perfect job the factors that are to be looked upon are:
 Cost: The measurement of costs by the company is required to be done for assessment of

analyses of this cost helps them to know their expense in advance through estimation and
plan it accordingly(Anderson, and Anderson, 2010.). Controlling costs in a project is
very essential.
 Scope: They are the agencies which help providing employment to many candidates .
They help finding them the right job. There is no fixed scope of work. They can do all the
possible activities which help the society , to make it a better one .
 Time: Austin Fraser makes the plan that in what duration or time frame will the project
be completed. The defining of the activities is done and then they sequence it . They

waste the resources . They plan to acquire the resources then develop them and manage
them afterwards.
For performing certain works , it is essential to give it a start by designing a plan so that blueprint
of entire work can be made beforehand(Brown, K. and Osborne,2012.). This also ensures that the
plan is going in the right direction and will fulfil the objectives an aims it is also ensured that all
the vital aspects are covered so that nothing important is missed out.

P3 Work breakdown structure and a Gantt chart to provide time frames and stages for
completion of the project.
The work break down structure , as the name itself suggests that in the context of Austin
Fraser is that they will divide their work into tasks in an organised and systematic manner so that
the work can be completed effectively and in given time-frame(Daley, 2012.). That is to
implement the CSR they will make a systematic work breakdown structure so that the CSR
project can be completed within a already decided time frame. In work break down structure
each task is allotted to the workers in accordance to their working capacities. The cited
organisation has allotted time for each activity in the implementation process so that the whole
project is implemented on time. Thus, the work will be completed in an organised manner and
because of this project completion time can be determined in advance and the various other
activities could be managed as well.

It a series of lines drawn horizontally which depicts the amount of work done or project
completion amount in every interval of time in respect to the time allotted/ planned for that
particular activity.
Gantt Chart will visualise the work done by the employees in a easier way. it will automatically
calculate the duration and give the remaining tasks to be done in the process of CSR(Hertog, ,
van and Jong, 2010). The managers are to be provided with the timely training and updations
and to retain the employees for a longer time duration and reduce the attrition rate. This will

Stages for completion of the CSR implementation:
 Stage 0- Strategic Definition: All the things related to the project will be decided in this
stage, as to what the plan is, what are the resources that is going to be used, what is CSR,
what is the need of it what are the objectives, targets and so on. everything should be
explained in this stage(Fisher, and Shortell, 2010).
 Stage 1- Preparation And Brief: What will be the preparation and efforts required for

Qualitative Research: This research is done where you can observe but it cannot be

policies of social responsibilities. CSR activities also helps in protecting from adverse activities.

On the basis of data collection, it can be said that CSR must be considered as critical
aspect by the organisation because it allows to improve the brand image in the market. Out of 5
respondents the 3 of them has stated that Austin Fraser must focus on CSR application for

continuous development. Rest two of respondents are not aware about the subject so they are not
agreed with application of CSR.

members are agreed with the statement. Only one respondent was not in the favour of statement.

Analysis of task is compulsory for minimise the wastage of resources which further leads
to maintain efficiency in an organisation. It also helps in maintain a balance in an organisation.
With the help of analysis it helps an organisation to produce quality goods and works in welfare
of society by using their resources efficiently (Hoang, and Rothaermel, 2010.). Appropriate
analysis helps in finding out the number of competitors and customers in market which promotes
to maintain a balance in quality. It has been noticed that use of methods was appropriate in the
study and it has make understand effectively in regard to CSR. By having an application of
diverse measures the issues can be overcome in desired manner.

Firm have to made strategies according to competitors and helps in survival of
organisation in competitive market. This analysis is compulsory. Proper research can only be
done by using appropriate method and it helps in calculating the data accurately. This helps in
finding out the data and all the deviations which are going to affect an entity work. By
considering such deviations management can work on such differences which creates barrier in
organisation efficiency. These activities helps in maintain a time management and saves more
time for many other activities. Another important thing is that it helps them in producing better
product for their clients. So, their customer’s welfare do not get harm. CSR activities also helps

There are many tools and techniques which can be adopt by firms to find out the
solutions for their deviations. These methods promotes the proper utilisation of resources without
wasting them. It increases their social welfare in respect of society. This proper utilisation helps
them to use all resources in a systematic way so, none of the employees and customers needs and
welfare can harm. This show that company is corporately social. This CSR method helps in
maintain a goodwill, faith in the eyes of stakeholders.
Two basic methods which are useful in measuring out such deviations are: a) qualitative
b) quantitative. Qualitative research is based on some purpose which shows that it has some
purposeful for using this method. It can be used at the time of special condition. On the other
hand, quantitative research can be used randomly without any specific purpose. It can be used to
find out the deviations by using numeric data (Jennex, and Olfman, 2010). It can be used at any
time with in an accounting year. The tools and framework for corporate social responsibilities
are that they create value, helps organisation to sustain in the market with an add on to its
reputation and goodwill. The need which arises with the frameworks is to understand the CSR
objectives and initiatives as an individual and as a whole organisation.

P6 Appropriate recommendations as a result of research and data analysis to draw valid and
meaningful conclusions.
According to the detailed study conducted in this report it is analysed that the corporate
social responsibilities have performed a major role in the success of Austin Fraser. It has helped
them to sustain in the market and showed a raise in the reputation of the company. The cited
entity is getting the benefit of the CSR strategies as they have formulated a proper project
management plan and used the research methods. The Gantt chart and work down structures has
worked wonders in the implementation of plan. But the entity is lacking behind in few areas that
needed to be worked on, firstly they are lacking in applying strategies , that is they have
implementing problem and the other area in which they are lacking behind is they are not able to
achieve the minimum female ratio in the organisation. They are having problem with these two.
It can be resolved by making effective HR strategies to employ female candidates and execution
of these strategies so as to make them applicable, this could be done by arranging campaigns and
going exclusively for the recruitment of female candidates. The top level management needs to
coordinate with the HR department to implement the strategies for the effective implementation
of corporate social responsibilities. Every organisation is required to use the tools and
frameworks for the betterment of their organisation. They have used the research methodologies.
With the extensive use of qualitative and quantitative research that has proved to be successful in
implementing the policies and improvement of the society by those facts and conclusions. With

and performance
As per above sated report, with the help of CSR activities, I have learn so many new
things about their CSR activities. In this report I learned corporate social responsibilities of
business concern. I learn so many thing about CSR activities where it is a corporate social
responsibilities towards their concerning organisation which are providing social activities to
other non-profitable organisations. CRS is a way to provide such contribution to their respective
organisation whereas, it is a activities which can prove some development scheme for
organisations or else economy. . With the help of this contribution non profitable companies are
develop their environment. I learn about project management where it can help me to managing
whole project effectively. In this present report has been sated on Austin Fraser which is
recruitment consultancy. It may provide recruitment services to other sources. In this mention
company also provide CSR activities to other organisation where they build effectively
workforce environment. In this report I learn about new recruitment software which may provide
recruitment applicant and then outsource. I gained knowledge about the project management
where I learn so many new things about their project management. As per the above report I
learn about the break down structure where work distribution is easily managed in this process
there are various significance to reach out there objectives. Along with that I also learn about
Gantt chart which may provide effective research methodology and research design. I have
performed the whole research and as well as data collection methods, I select primary or
secondary both are the data collection methods which are helpful to me proved a proper effective
information about the concerning clients. Data collection method is also helpful; to provide me
information to non-profitable organisation where I invest through CSR activities. Gantt chart

which is more useful to research report. I have gain information about the research design and
research methodology. I have performed the research as well in which collection of primary data
has been done through questionnaire. I learned that CSR is an important aspect that can help in
attainment of objectives. It is also help to provide positive image in the society. Further, I learned
to carry out the qualitative research and analysis of data collection in good manner. CSR
activities help me to meeting all objectives and aims which are slated to implementing corporate
social activities. Whereas like build a good image is helpful to provide CSR activities to other
non-profitable organisation. It is more beneficial for the other non-profitable organisation where
they with the help of CSR activities meet their sustainable goals and develop their organization
environmental (Lindner, and Wald, 2011.). CSR activities aid to provide economy development
where as one big company who contributing his income part to their CSR activities. So in that
case company create a good image in current market and build relationship with their concerning
organisations. So in that case CSR activities is most important to any one whether as is for
private organisation or else non profitable organisation.
CONCLUSION
The present report is made with an effort to demonstrate the significance of corporate
social responsibility in the business entities. For this purpose Austin Fraser has been considered
as they are a consultancy firm doing business in IT, Engineering and Life Sciences. They have
made a project management plan for implementing CSR for which various research has been
done and certain strategies has been formulated . Besides this various aims and objectives has
been stated and the work down structure has been shown to divide the work among the
employees and to keep a check on the work done Gantt chart has been made. Thus, to conclude
this report every organisation big or small should implement corporate social responsibility as
we definitely owe something to the society.
