INTRODUCTIONIn modern era, successful organisation needs both sound managers and inspirationalleaders. In order to achieve results and increased sustainability the organisation need to executeappropriate strategies. The organisation can analyse the success in terms of setting their goalsand mission which are to be achieve in stipulated time period. To become successful, theorganisation need to focus on the skills and talents of their employees (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle,2010). The programmes which are organised in business entity should be managed and guidanceby high authority to successfully accomplish with the goals of the company. The managers haveto make the strong relationship with employees so that they can resolve their problems with intime period. Present report is based on Austin Fraser which is a consultancy company providethe services to recruit the potential employees. They are specialist in engineering, technology.The aim and objectives of the organisation has been explained. Further, small scale research hasbeen applied by applying the quantitative and qualitative research methods. Along with thisappropriate tools and techniques has been analysed for the evaluation of selection of potentialemployees (Anderson and Anderson, 2010). In last various recommendation on communicationhas been analysed to give a meaningful to conclusion.TASK 1P1 Project plans and objectives for Austin FraserThe manager of Austin Fraser has to make the plans according with project management.It helps them in the discipline, planning and executing the plan in appropriate manner forachievement of specific objectives of the organisation. This business entity provides manyservices to customers and other organisation to recruit the potential candidate for the enterprises.The manager has to apply proper process, methods, knowledge and skills to achieve the betterproject objectives. The organisation can achieve object only according to the acceptance ofcriteria which are agreed with in timescale and budget (Bloom and et. al., 2012). The managerhas to properly follow the the process of project management for achieving their targets inappropriate manner and these stages are as follows.

Project initiation – In first stage, the goals of the company should be defining at broadlevel. In this the stakeholders will do due diligence and helps out the organisation if the projectwill achieve or not. Project planning – The planning should be made by high authority in detail phase. Sothat the results will get clear that what needs to be done and in which manner.Project implementation – In this the manager of Austin Fraser has to develop thepotential team, assign resources to employees for meeting the objectives needs.Project performance or monitoring – The manager has to monitor all those activitieswhich are performing by the employees (Brown and Osborne, 2012). The project progress mustbe control on regular basis to deal with their problems. Project close – After monitoring the project progress they have to accept what will be theresults from them. It does not mean close of project will give success but cancel those projectswhich are given negative results. The objectives of the company are that to provide the best quality of services to ourcustomers in terms of recruitment. They have to capture large market share and to beatcompetitors. While making the project plans it helps the company to accomplish objectives within time period. P2 Project management plan includes time, quality and many moreCited organisation have to use the human resource according to the demand and needs oftheir client. It helps them to maintain proper cost, time and many more things through which theymaintain their recruitment process as convenient as possible. So, for better selection process theyhave to prepare a plan management for that project so, that they can select better candidate whichhelps in better growth and benefits of an organisation (Daley, 2012). Key points which arehelpful in this project plan are:Cost: company have to measure such cost like advertisement cost, calling cost, officesetup and many more things which incur for a better recruitment. So, this cost helps them tomaintain all function properly and also help them to take proper amount from their customers.Scope: they provide many opportunities for many new comers, who have willing to dowork. Scope of working is not fixed. They are helpful in selecting appropriate candidates fortheir clients.
