Making a plan of project management is very much critical work for administration as it
need some of key considerations which should be included in it. At the time of accomplishing
this, I mainly prefer to accomplish investigation as it provides several advantages to my research
project. In this study, I had learn about various applications of digital techniques as well as tools
which play a very main role within success and growth of each enterprise. It help me in
enhancing my knowledge within the areas of using social media which I never heard about it
before. The whole researcher builds my level of confidence as know I am having better
command on leadership, communication and in management. Quantitative and qualitative
methods are used while accomplishing this research project and I prefer qualitative data is most
suitable to complete my project.
In this project, I am not having research activities experience. Therefore, issues are
generated within managing work as well as assigning task. Thus, my teacher is very much
supportive as as they give me guidance on every stage. Lack of finance as well as time was other
main problem which gave affect on my working activities. If I will get the effective time
duration then I can able to collect data and information more effectively. Because of my poor
skills of communication, I was not able to communicate with persons properly. Therefore, I
require to emphasis on enhancing my skills of communication which aid in upcoming times to
