company operating in the market of United Kingdom through its London headquarters. The
major operation of this organisation involves process re-engineering which is being offered to
small and medium manufacturing companies. This assignment includes the project aims and
objectives. In this, they have also analysed various tools like as Work breakdown, Gantt chart
and so on. Along with this a plan of project management is also included. Also given
recommendation and self reflection in this report.

impacts on business activities. It is companies demand to make its manufacturing and operations
more properly. For making ensure about its sustainability in upcoming market, digital technology
will aid small firms to improve its process of communication as well as manufacturing by
adopting several applications such as e-mails, texting, personal digital and websites. Through
developing technology, company can achieve higher position within marketplace (Jones and
Lubinski, 2012). Physical resources such as operators as well as machines are linked with

Approved and formal documentation is managed by team managers of an company. In
this, plan of project management defines a firms how project is monitored, executed and
controlled. Mainly, these planned documents are used to define the approaches of project team.
Hence, plan of project management set tactics as well as tools which are adopted in order to
complete enterprise activities and better results (Jones and Lubinski, 2012). When certain
changes are used in the organisation after that sometimes it become a big cause of function
failure. There are certain important element to ensure that there must be have less chances of
failure which are as follows: Cost: In this, it refers to company's expenditure as it is incurred while executing projects.
