resource communicate among themselves to meet outcome. Technology helps in redefining the
way in which the the need and functions powered by organisation from personnel (Hwang and
Ng, 2013). This is the proper time in which the human resources is keeping its value to their
consumer. This aids the in reviewing process on constant basis that accomplish the requirements

P7 Reflection report
Talent Plus should go for digitalisation as per my view. Their are various things which I
learnt at the time of conducting this research but the most important is related to boiling down
things every aspect of an issue can understand. This research increased my knowledge about how
to make plans and execute them for organising a research. Making questionnaire was a difficult
task because covering so many content is particular areas is difficult but somehow I managed to
make a decent questionnaire.
Besides this, their were few mistakes which I made in past and do not want to commit
next time. I could have increased sample size and invested more time in conducting secondary
research. The company is a small enterprise and digital technology will assist them in reducing
their cost of business. These are some of the significant information which I found by conducting
both kind of research. I would also try to make improvement in my questionnaire if I will make
conduct another research. I could have added more questions specially open ended. I also need to
work on my communication skills because this is one areas where I wanted to see major
improvement but I failed to do it. Their are many important things which I found while working
on this project like the views given by respondents can be wrong. I wanted to perform a
trustworthy research so if biasness from the side of respondents can create trouble in my work.
CONCLUSION
This can be summon from the above report that digital technology and innovation
entirely support the growth and development of an organisation either it is small or large one.
The company can carry pace in their expansion and boost their sales and promotional activities
