While conducting this research that is based upon improvement in HR practices, I went
into such phases and circumstances that help to build up my confidence and increased my
different skills. This report helped me to conduct my research in an effective and desirable
manner and I got to learn new things from this report. With the help of primary research, I got a
chance to communicate with peoples and I came to know their opinions and ideas. But I also
faced certain problems like some respondents answered in an ignored manner and also the time
that is given by the company for conducting research was less. But keep these difficulties aside,
this research improved my communication and interpersonal skills. It also helps me to improve
my understanding about HR practices and globalisation. If I got an opportunity to do research, I
can do it in better way.
Conclusion
From the above discussed report, it has been concluded that globalisation plays a major
part in increasing overall productivity of an enterprise. It has also been concluded that there
should be continues improvement in HRM parctices for hiring effective employees. Project
management plan includes tools like scope, time, quality and cost, etc. that is beneficial in
executing a project. It also includes project management tools and their role in conducting
appropriate research like Gantt chart is used to control over production and to ensure that proper
work should be done to facilitate management. Further it includes, sources of data collection
modes like primary data is gathered from first hand sources and are more reliable.
