standards must be followed by business firms. The main aim of the CSR activities is to make
sure that organizations fulfil all the requirements of the society and ensure to carry its operation
smoothly. It is one of the most effective tool which followed by organization in order to meet its
business objectives. In order to ensure the long term business growth it is important for the

P6 RECOMMENDATIONS
There are different types corporate social responsibility which followed by the
organization but also need to make some recommendations. These all recommendation are
gather by the analysis of the above data. With the help of this recommendation, Qbic Hotel can
improve their CSR activities and improve their conditions. Following are the recommendations
which followed by organization.
The first recommendation is that business need to follow corporate social responsibility.
In the research of the Qbic hotel it is identified that 7 employees said yes and 12
employees out of the 20 said No and 1 employees said they are not sure. So it is
considered that organization need to followed Corporate social responsibility. Under this
organization need to make sure that all the types of polices which are associated with the
CSR should be followed so they can achieve their sustainable objectives. Under this,
they should also involve employees of the business so it helps to them for making
effective implementation of polices.
The rational for the organization for implementing CSR activities in the organization, it
demands from the communities. By conducting research it is assessed that for all
applying CSR activates because it was demanded by other people. For fulfilling demand
of community it is considered that Qbic hotel should make effective strategies and along
with this they can also take advices from the community people. It helps to Hotel for
making their strategic more effective and make development of CSR polices. Along with
this Hotel should also make encouraged to management for implementing polices so they
can also establish ethical standards.
In order to make effective implementation of the CSR activities, it is important to give
responsibility to that individual who can fulfil the objectives of the CSR polices. Under
the research, it is assessed that 13 out of the 20 employees suggested that for
implementing CSR activities it is important to make separate committee. Under this
committee, they should those add only those employees who are expert in this CSR
