INTRODUCTION

Limited, is business consultancy firm which work for business process re-engineering and
potential customers. This report discussed about aims and objectives of the project. Along with
this project management plan is also mentioned in this research which cover cost, quality time
and communication which help in making a effective project. At last of the project, Gantt chart
and work breakdown structure is also discussed briefly.

business organisation to connect with customers. With the help of this, company can easily invite
larger number of customers by using social media. The results will enhance the customers
number within the business organization. Mainly, digital technologies are rapidly takes place in
business and also change the process which directly contribute in enhancing overall productivity
level of the company at market place. One of the main benefit of using digital technology is that
it save both cost and time of the company which aid in improving overall performance of the
company. Continental Consulting Limited is a consultancy firm which operate their business at
small level and also provide better consultancy services to small firm to manage their business
activities in market place (Brown and Green, 2012). In addition of this, social media and mobile
technology are also consider as an important platform through which company may easily
improve their overall performance. In this they also use various tools of social media like
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and many more. All these are help them in connecting with their
customers and at the same time also make them aware towards their offerings.

Project management plan is an important and formal documents which used by the
manager at the time of executing project activities. The main aim of preparing project is to
determine that how the project is monitored, controlled and closed because all the activities of
the research is highly based on the project management plan. This will help in attaining desirable
results in effective manner (Farman, 2013). By following this plan manager can easily reduce the
chances of arising issues while performing its activities. It cover various elements such as cost,
time, scope, communication and risk management. All these are provide support to manager to
make a successful project. This will contribute in increase the chances of attaining positive
results. Thus, it is important for project manager to develop an effective plan and also follow the
same. With the assistance of this Continental Consulting Limited can improve their productivity
level and at the same time also make their positive brand image at market place. In this context,
