the way in about overall purpose of research. (Neubauer and Lank, 2016). Thus, it aids to be
aware and formulate the beliefs and assumption that collect the research activities effectively.
Therefore, in this each process based on assumption as source and nature of knowledge. In
addition to it, research philosophies classified into categories as are pragmatism, positivism,
realism and interpretivism etc. In this, positivism method defined as it is based on natural
phenomena and relations that aid to conduct certain knowledge. Whereas, it is based on to
determine and interprets the elements of study. This is term that can integrate human interest into
study. The researcher has used interpretivism technique.
Research approach- It refers to plan or procedure which states how data will be collected and
analysed. This is useful in conducting study in systematic manner and interpreting data as well
(Venkateswar and Bandyopadhyay, 2016). There are many types of research approach such as
deductive, inductive and adductive approach etc. In deductive hypothesis is developed on basis
of research questions. In inductive theories are concluded which is based on observations. In
current study scholar has used inductive technique so that information can be based on
observation and techniques.
Research strategy- This is term that is defined as plan of action that aids to direct study in right
direction to attain aims and objectives. It is helpful term that enables to conduct research
systematically and also aids to generate relevant and precise outcomes. They are classified in
techniques as descriptive, associational, correlation, etc. Thus, descriptive techniques aids to
conduct the research in depth mode with help of method as observation, case study and survey
methods. In order to determine the implication of globalisation on multinational companies,
scholar has used descriptive technique so that depth information can be conducted. It is helpful in
order to explained as describing, explaining and validating all kind of research findings.
Data collection- It is a crucial aspect of research study. It is defined as process of gathering data
and information from reliable sources in order to find research problem ( Waddell, 2017). Thus,
data collection is process that divided into two categories as secondary and primary. Here,
primary method can be used to collect first hand information with help of interviews, projective
techniques, schedule method and observation method etc. Whereas secondary data is gathered
through journals, articles, etc. In present study scholar has used primary technique and for this
survey is been conducted.

Sampling- It is process that aids to represent the entire group as a whole. It allows researcher to
gather data based on result from a population. The sampling method classified as random,
systematic, cluster and stratified etc. thus, each respondent has equal chance to reflect their
opinion. In order to determine the impact of globalisation on MNC to meet international
meetings simple sampling technique is been used and sample size taken is 75 employees. This is
one of the effective technique to collect the information in depth manner.
Data analysis- This is procedure that consists of interpreting and analysing whole data of
research with aim of producing the reliable and systematic information. This is process that aids
to evaluate the information with use of logical reasoning and analytical data to have better
finding (Charles Schmidheiny and Watts, 2017). The qualitative technique can be useful to
determine the data by using tool as collecting and analysing information with help of interview,
participation and observation. On contrary, quantitative technique can be used to have statistical
and practical data. It is helpful to measure the information in systematic manner.
Ethics- This is term that provides responsible guidelines to conduct research report
systematically ( Crane and Matten, 2016). It is essential to undergo with research activities in
terms to ensure high ethical standard. Thus, it is essential to ensure confidentiality of data. Also,

RECOMMENDATION-
On the basis of above report, the commendation in terms to bring improvement in process
of recruitment, selection and training of employees defined in below contexed manner as-
 Nestle should adopt better recruitment and selection approach so that they can able to hire
the skilled candidates, who able to understand the wants and desire of customers and
provide effective way of working.
 Management of multinational corporation is like getting the right people at the right job
and to pay them at the right cost. Thus, international managers must take proper initiative
to develop the product and services at the effective manner.
 Multinational corporation must have framed adequate policies and procedures so that
process of recruitment and selection can be conducted in better and effective manner. In
addition to it, human resource department, procedures and policies of companies must
address this department oversight of hiring process.
 Nestle should adopt better training method and that must be clearly defined. The effective
steps must be taken to promote better learning to employees so that they can all able to
perform their business activities in effective and efficient manner.

 The quoted firm should have use of better job description method so that it can be
inclusive of list of responsibilities, role of person and legal compliances of firm so that
this can ensure and promote better working.
 The process of globalisation should be adopted as it aids to have enhancement in their
economic growth, solving the problem relate with poverty in the country. This is

The present research report based on to determine the influence of globalisation on
international level to encounter global requirements. To carry out research activities effectively, I
have used number of methodologies. In this, I have used the research philosophies as interpretive
so that information can be based on to determine and interpret the elements of study. On the
other hand, I have used inductive research approach that helps to conduct the information with
help of generalising new theories so that depth analysis on research data can be possible.
In addition to it, I have used descriptive techniques as it has helped me to provide depth
description on the topic of research. In order to collect the data analysis and interpretation in
better manner I have used primary technique so that first-hand information can be gathered with
the use of survey analysis. Thus, I have used sample random technique with sample size of 50
respondents so that I can able to recommend effectively. Lastly, I have used qualitative technique
with help of it I have collected the information by the use of thematic analysis so that each things
gas done in better mode.
