goals and objective within a given period of time. In order to make a proper working of systems,
management had make a plan to apply digitalization. Through making modifications as well as
updating techniques and tools, enterprise can operate their work more efficiently and
significantly. Agency of placement is able to increase their share of market by taking help of
effective techniques. Some of several suggestions for this organisation are given below:
Talent Plus need to organise a training sessions for employees as well as give them skills
as per their assigned duties; so they can perform their work efficiently.
Manager need to apply technologies which executives designed the tasks.
They need to have all customer’s information as well as considering and regulating them
