Corporate social responsibility is a very important aspect in the present market scenario.
This is basically a concept which is used by organisation so as to avail better and enhanced
services to customers (Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi, 2013). At present it is a need because
there are numerous problems that are emerging in market and to overcome them many
organisations are taking several voluntary steps so that smoothly activities can be performed and
this will also lead in effective functioning of a firm. Every organisation must carry out CSR
activity as to contribute their time and value for society. It is a tools through which an
organisation can be able to get effective and very supportive advantage that are very helpful at
times of competing in market.
Rebellion development is an organisation which is dealing in video games, books and
comics, basically it lies in video game industry. This company is having 150-180 employees
working as gamers and are very effectively serving customers, but due to some issues its revenue
get down so now it is planning to introduce CSR activities so that it can be able to attain a
sustainability in market and can be able to grow more effectively (Aghaei Meibodi and
Monavvarian, 2010). Hence this report will help in understanding various method to managing
business activities with help of CSR practices.

Corporate social responsibility is a recent trend that every organisation is planning to
adapt so that they can perform every activity in best and effective manner and a positive image
can be build in minds of clients. It is a method by which a firm is able to capture and attract more
and more customers towards services and products that it is offering to all. This concept has a
very positive impact upon Rebellion development as it helps in promoting its offerings and
services also it has its influence upon general public. As company is not carrying out its activities
at large scale, so it is not possible to introduce big plan related to CSR activity (Barringer,
2012). It can come up with small ideas through which customers can be served in more effective
manner and social welfare can be done. As company is planning to do such program first time,
so it is very necessary for company to mainly consider about customer's needs and requirements
so that clients could be able to get benefits from all those offerings that are availed by firm.

because till date it was not doing any kind of social welfare. Rebellion development is a gaming
company, although it comes under a small medium business but it is very well recognised by
everyone as its products are very frequently used (Crane and Matten, 2016). As customers are
knowing about company so they also want from firm to be more concerning for society and do
such act that are in favour of them.
There are many organisation who are into same industry and they are very effectively
performing CSR programs to capture market shares. It is analysed that this program is very
necessary at present time and has to be carried out by each and every organisation, with thought
of this cited organisation is willing to introduce itself in market with CSR program to sustain and
able to obtains goals and objectives. As much company will concern for customers on prior basis
then it will be assist firm to be recognised by all in market (Crawford and Nahmias, 2010). If
company will not plan do implement such programs then it might be quiet difficult for it to

A project management plan is a well defined framework of each and every activities that
are include in a project or a program. This is very essential as because it helps a manager to
perform every tasks in appropriate and effective manner to attain set standards and objectives or
drawn project. There are numerous things which are included in this plan which has to be
performed appropriately. Several areas has to be covered and many resources of firm must be
managed properly to do tasks and can able to reach set standards (den Hertog and at.el, 2010). As
to carry a project like corporate social responsibility is a very difficult work any of the aspect if
get missed then entire plan will get affected with this , so it become very essential for an
organisation to concern every element that are required to carry out operations of this program.
Major elements that has to be considered are as follows-
 Cost- Organisation has to plan out every single aspect that are related to cost as it is very
important element. It become very important for firm to introduce various strategies and
methods through which it can be able to reduce cost that are to be invested in this project.
This will ultimately help company to improvise their productivity and profitability. As
effectively cost of the firm will be used then it will assist in managing in appropriate

and society's welfare so, it is very must for firm to avail qualitative services and products
to customers so that they can get full satisfaction.

 Research design- It is one of the important aspect as entire research study depends upon
this. Design is very important for researcher to follow. Through this organisation will be
able to get the aid in identifying several impacts of desired topics. There are three types
of research design- experimental, descriptive and exploratory (Myers, 2013). As our
research study is related to CSR activities hence researcher will be choosing descriptive
method as it is best suitable for the study. Through this organisation can be able to attain

 Research philosophy- Philosophy's are few beliefs and assumptions that are used by

will donate some shares of its revenue to charitable trust it will be able to do welfare of

effectively carrying out corporate social responsibility act company will be able to survive for

2013).
I got proper understanding that how one can be able to collect the data and information
and how research has to conduct, with both methods primary and secondary data can be collected
its I got its deep knowledge. On the other hand I came to know how within given time I could
perform research effectively, also was able to get information regarding several software that can
be used and way of using them while doing analysis of the data. Graphs and themes used were
very helpful for me and I could easily able to compete my task on assigned time limit. As it is

From the above report it can be concluded that to get success and to manage all functions
