There is a drastic impact on environment by the hotel industry by the consumption of energy and water consumption of durable goods and the creation of hazardous waste. For the HVAC operation, there is heavy consumption of energy through lighting, fuel and other needs of power. Various resource are used for the management of various works in hotel industry such as water is mainly use in bathrooms, laundry and food and beverages along with other operation that are generally performed. There is the more generation of hazardous waste as in form of disposal papers, bulbs, furniture and other appliances. In the terms of economic development people in hospitality industry still not aware of concept of sustainable management as they are not dealing with proper waste management. But in the term of social front there is major shift in development of CSR activities as to achieve the sustainable goals. The company has already taken various step along with the use of energy, water, waste managements, transformation and corporate social responsibility. This reports consist all about the managing the sustainable development of resourcesin hospitality industry. For the further evaluation of managing sustainability the hotel Global grange limited has been chosen. ASSESSMENT 1 As the concept of sustainable stability has been developed in the year 1970. there was a first meeting in year 1972 having international impact of activities of human and their impact on human race as well as environment. The hotel has also promoted locally sources furniture, drapes of recycled polyester and recycled concrete and glass Ice stone counter tops. The hotel also steep in idea of window in which there is maximum allowed to have natural light so that there can be reduction in use of artificial light. The rooms of the hotels consist of the florescent lightsand eco friendly fabrics. The hotel is also using the bio dynamic fuel and proper composting of excess food and leftover. So the company is looking more forward for sustainable management rather than the implementation of global strategy to compete in market. There company has makecertain rule and regulation before the implementation of global strategies as to develop the and manage sustainably in working of the hotel in competitive world. The company has already taken various step along with use of energy, water, waste management , transformation and corporate social responsibility(Othman and Lembang, 2017).
