INTRODUCTIONOne of the most important and major aims of the aid is the development of goals andobjectives that help in removing poverty from the country. The main aim of the project is thatone key way through which poverty can be removed from the country is by helping poor. Thiscan be conducted by providing various measures through which they can earn more in labormarket. The main aim of this assignment is to lay emphasis upon the aid projects that aredesigned to help the poor in establishing and improving their business, the problems associatedwith these strategies and some alternative strategies. MAIN BODY Aid project initiates the direct participation of the donors in the implementation of thedevelopment project. Along with the supported budget, those donors support through therecipient governmental budget. Poverty is the major drawback of any developing country; thus,the government and various other organisations of the country should come together and took astep forward in removing the poverty from (Association for India's Development,2016). As theyare the ruling body of the country, they can support various kinds of the social organisations thattake initiatives in removing poverty from the country. Poverty is a huge and broad concept as itinvolves various kinds of other concepts within it. Aid projects are the initiatives that are takenby the group of the organisation who come together to fight with the major drawback of thesociety. Thus, the aim of some aid project is to lay emphasis upon the refreshing private sector ofthe country. The main motive of private sector companies is to make profits and that's the reasonthe wages provided by them to their labour workers is very low, there should be norms whichprovide guidelines that help both organisation and the employees working in it with variouskinds of the benefits (Crost, 2014). The main reason behind poverty is lack of information, education, rights, and knowledge.There is so much misleading information available regarding the poor people and their capacityto labour; there are various kinds of work that can be done by the poor people other than this.The potential and capacity of poor people are equal to the other individuals of the society. Thereare a number of cases in which it has been seen that the wages provided to the labourers are notas per their hard work and efficiency. As per the reports of the International Organisationestimated that approximately 200 million poor people are unemployed in the world. On the otherhand, 900 million poor people who earn so less that they are unable to meet the basic needs of
