This assignment aims to research the current state of Godiva-Hong Kong, a company that is seeking to develop its sales performance. The study will employ both qualitative and quantitative methods to collect data. Semi-structured interviews with three participants will be conducted to gather internal and external factors affecting the company's future performance. Group interviews with employees will also be conducted to assess their perceived values and market position. Additionally, a questionnaire with 20 questions will be distributed to over 80 customers to collect opinions and estimate customer satisfaction. Multi-source secondary data from annual reports and forms of the company will also be used. The research paper will follow a structured approach, including an introduction, literature review, methodology, data presentation, analysis, conclusion, recommendations, reference list, and appendices. A Gantt chart will be used to outline the project timeline, which spans three months. MS Excel will be used for data analysis, and formal statistical procedures will be employed to ensure ethical data analysis. The study aims to identify factors that contribute to Godiva-Hong Kong's sales development and provide recommendations for future performance.
