teams in it and thus effective communications within the team will help to improve the
organizational culture.
Continuous Improvement
A continuous improvement process is the effort of a company to improve its
organizational structure by increasing the internal communication within the organization.
Rather than expressing discomfort and irritation Alan must find a solution to the problem that he
faces while working with Sam (Charts 2016). The continuous process of improvement by the
organization is mainly to increase the productivity levels of the organization.

Every company must have a well developed complaints handling policy in place that will
help the business with a strategy and guidelines to address the complaints of the customers
(Loots and Grobler 2014). The mentioned tyre company must create some procedures to avoid
the current scenario where Alan the assessor of the team has been complaining regularly about
the problems he has been facing working with Sam. Some procedures are;
