The present research study has been made onBizOps which is involved in delivering innovative and high quality exclusive products to thecustomers. The organization is a leading manufacturer and retailer of exclusive products whichrenders speedy and personalized services. BizOps has come up with an exclusive product “workboots” that needs to be suitably promoted; hence in the current study, marketing plan is beingdeveloped for the same. Thus, in this respect marketing environment analysis is being carried outto effectively promote the new product of BizOps. BizOps has been operating businessin Australian marketplace which is world’s 13thlargest economy. There are several factors in themacro environment that will affect the decisions of BizOps such as changes in tax rate, newlaws, trade barriers and changes in governmental policies. Apart from this, it is identified thatpolitical scenario of Australia has been changing because of government intervention ineconomic activities. While launching work boots in the market place, BizOps needs to getpermission from the state and judicial executive (Baker & Saren, 2016).The country has an open and transparent legal framework which states that businessentities need to consider all the laws developed for business management. The economiccondition of the country seems to be stable; therefore this can assist BizOps to launch work bootsin successful manner.
